Ninety Nine Restaurant is a casual dining
chain with 115 locations throughout the six New England states,
New York and Pennsylvania.
Known for their signature hand-breaded
Boneless Buffalo Wings, smothered with the Ninety Nine's own
special sauce, and Broiled Sirloin Tips in a special marinade,
the Ninety Nine menu has something for everyone and offers a
wide selection of appetizers, entrees, delicious desserts and
signature cocktails.

Inc., a Nashville, TN-based company.
History
Charlie Doe founded the first Ninety-Nine
Restaurant and Pub in 1952 at 99 State Street in Boston.
Ninety-Nine Restaurants was acquired by
O'Charley's Inc. in 2002.

Base Plan this is an excellent offering
for those who would pay less weekly and still have a basic 80/20
medical coverage.
Buy Up Plan this is an excellent
offering for those that don't mind paying a little more each
week to have lower co pays, lower calendar year deductibles and
lower calendar year out of pocket maximums than the base plan.
High Deductible is a great offering
for those who would rather pay less weekly and still have the
comfort of having coverage when needed. This plan has higher
calendar year deductibles and calendar year out of pocket maximums
than the other two offerings.
Prescription Drug Benefits are included
in all three medical plan options MEDCO is the administrator
of the prescription coverage for both the base and buy up plans.
Caremark is the administrator of the prescription coverage for
the high deductible plan. This is a 3 tiered co pay plan for
generic, brand and non preferred drugs. There is both a 30 day
retail and 90 day mail in option.
