Ninety Nine Restaurant is a casual dining chain with 105 locations throughout New England and upstate New York.

Known for their signature hand-breaded Boneless Buffalo Wings, smothered with the Ninety Nine's own special sauce, and Broiled Sirloin Tips in a special marinade, the Ninety Nine menu has something for everyone and offers a wide selection of appetizers, entrees, salads, delicious desserts and signature cocktails.

The chain has a lineup of nine real-size entrees available for $9.99 all day and everyday.

Ninety Nine is a subsidiary of American Blue Ribbon Holdings, a Nashville, TN-based company that also owns restaurants under the Village Inn, Bakers Square, Max & Erma’s, and O’Charley’s brands.

History

Charlie Doe founded the first Ninety-Nine Restaurant and Pub in 1952 at 99 State Street in Boston.

Ninety-Nine Restaurants was acquired by O'Charley's Inc. in 2002.

Management Benefits

We offer three great PPO options through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee (BCBST) ­ the choice is yours!

There are 3 levels of coverage:

1. Team member only
2. Team member + one

Base Plan ­ this is an excellent offering for those who would pay less weekly and still have a basic 80/20 medical coverage.

Buy Up Plan ­ this is an excellent offering for those that don't mind paying a little more each week to have lower co pays, lower calendar year deductibles and lower calendar year out of pocket maximums than the base plan.

High Deductible ­ is a great offering for those who would rather pay less weekly and still have the comfort of having coverage when needed. This plan has higher calendar year deductibles and calendar year out of pocket maximums than the other two offerings.

Prescription Drug Benefits are included in all three medical plan options ­ MEDCO is the administrator of the prescription coverage for both the base and buy up plans. Caremark is the administrator of the prescription coverage for the high deductible plan. This is a 3 tiered co pay plan for generic, brand and non preferred drugs. There is both a 30 day retail and 90 day mail in option.

Dental ­ We offer two great PPO options through Delta Dental of Tennessee ­ the choice is yours!

* Both plans have both network and non network coverage.

* Both plans have annual per person maximums
* Preventative care 100%
* Basic services 80%
* Major services 50%

* Basic Life ­ Team members are provided and automatically enrolled in basic life AD&D coverage for 1X your salary at no cost.
* Supplemental Life ­ you have the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself and your dependents at additional cost.

Hourly Team Members Benefits

Part time Benefits

* Mini Med ­ by SRC/Aetna ­ this is a plan for team members who are not eligible for our Hourly Medical program through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee. This program offers immediate limited coverage.

Health and Dental Requirements ­ you must work an average of 25 hours per week and be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
